it would be interesting, but unnessesary because most of the people you get kill rights for are -5 sec statues or below anyways and so anyone can kill them to begin with.

i dont think CCP should reward us for a server issue, it would be an incentive for US to send viruses or other problems if we are crazy (like me) about EVE. And then everyone would have 'Titans' lvl5 by the end of the week.

I like this idea... Maybe modules from the ruins could be somewhat damaged (i noticed that mods have different hp levels but never found a way to damage them)and you need to repair them at a repair station service.
